Having to fight
being overweight since being pregnant it seemed the only way I could
lose weight was to go to a doctor and take diet pills but this gets
expensive since the last time when I took off 60 pounds it cost
about $700.00.
I tried eating health
foods going on different kinds of diets but could never manage to
take the weight off and keep it off. I love breads, pasta and
chocolate. Then things really got bad after I went through
menopause and it became even harder to lose weight.
The only way I have found to take off weight and
keep it off is with a combination. I found a hypnosis tape

which I listened to at night as I went off to sleep. I would
wake up in the morning and be ready to start exercising. In
order to lose weight you need to change the way you feel about your
body. This tape helps you to respect your body and want to
take care of it and yourself.
So what kind of exercise worked for me? I have found that

Kathy Smith's Body Basics.
What's great about it is that it's really easy to follow and
seems to get your heart rate up to help you lose weight.
She includes target exercises for arms, legs, butt etc. but I
just do the aerobics.I have lost about 10lbs per month using
this video tape everyday and also the hypnosis tape has
suggestions for your subconscious to help you try and eat
properly with a painless cut back of sugars and carbohydrates.
I found this great site that explains why we have a hard time
keeping at a normal level. It is a book that is free.
