This is a standard circuit that was designed around 1974 as a timer
for spraying a room deodorizer. My husband made up a zapper
using this circuit based on Dr. Hulda Clark's suggestions (he
didn't quite agree with her design) and it has been great.
I personally have used
this 18 Volt 33,000 Hertz zapper unit for
the last seven years. The results have been extraordinary. The unit
has a meter
that indicates the current level which is from 100 to 800 microAmps depending on
the wetness of the electrodes.
